Return Policy – NextGen Gadgets
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. To start a return, please contact us at nextgengadgets.store1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange if requested. Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to appear on your statement.
